Inside of the Hallgrimskirkja…

By all means, the Hallgrimskirkja Church/Cathedral is a landmark worth seeing if you’re visiting Reykjavik, Iceland (whether for a long visit or a short visit). It was completed in 1986 (year before my birth), but took 41 years to build and was designed by architect(s), Gudjon Samuelsson and was designed in the “Expressionist” architecture and designed in a way to resemble the basalt lava flows of some of Iceland’s landscapes. It’s a Lutheran Church…

Selfie I took with the Hallgrimskirkja in Reykjavik, Iceland in the background… a popular city landmark worth seeing, and conveniently located in the city centre.

Old Fountain

Picture from my 2013 trip to France & Switzerland… I love these old little fountains that are typical to French cities, towns, and villages. They might even be typical all over Europe. They’re not so typical in the USA, so they’re definitely worth a picture when you see one! This was taken in the suburbs of Belfort (don’t remember the name of this village).

Airport (Zurich, Switzerland)

Picture I took in Zurich, Switzerland (Kloten Airport) during a family trip to France in December of 2012. This airport looks beautiful during the holiday season.

Zurich, Switzerland Airport

Picture I took at the airport in Zurich, Switzerland in December of 2012 (while waiting in line to go through customs) when I went on a family trip to France to visit relatives… This airport is quite nice. Last time I went to France was around New Years of 2014. Both Switzerland & France are beautiful countries.
